Prohibited Items
Some items may not be listed on Fylo under any circumstances.
Never Permitted
stolen goods or goods you don't own/can't sell; counterfeit goods or IP-infringing goods; illegal goods; firearms, ammunition, and regulated weapons; explosives and illegal/dangerous chemicals; illegal drugs and prescription medication; recalled or unsafe-for-resale products; illegal sexual material; stolen digital accounts/credentials; pirated media/software; government ID documents; someone else's personal data; wildlife/environmental contraband; fraudulent financial instruments.
Restricted
Case-by-case (Fylo applies a conservative default ban until confirmed otherwise): replica/prop/toy weapons that could be mistaken for real ones; vintage/collectible items incorporating now-restricted materials; secondhand electronics that may retain someone else's data (sellers must wipe personal data first); craft/hobby chemicals or solvents subject to safety regulation; imported goods with unclear resale rights.
Fylo's Discretion
We may prohibit a category creating disproportionate safety, fraud, regulatory, or operational risk even where resale may be technically lawful.
